The Nourished Mother 4 Week Yoga Course

Tuesday 19th August - Tuesday 9th September $88 for the full 4 weeks

Meeting every Tuesday at 12 pm for one hour at Nidhi Yoga Studio 15a Pohutukawa Ave Ohope.

Learn the basics of Yoga, breath work and meditation.

With a gentle approach we will focus on pelvic floor function and gently rebuilding core control.

These techniques will help strengthen and soften your body for birth, and help you to connect and regain strength with your body postpartum.

Yoga classes are designed and led by a mother of four Alexandra.

Aimed at helping mothers prepare & recover from pregnancy and birth.

The class is suitable for expectant mothers from any gestation and new mums from 6 weeks postnatal (8 weeks after C-section) and babies under 1 year of age.
